Director's Message

Technology and education, one path

Welcome to the Information Technology & Digital Education Directorate at the University of Bahrain, the unit responsible for the University's technology infrastructure, systems and information security, and for enabling digital education across the University.

We believe that technology and education in a modern university go hand in hand. A learning platform needs reliable, secure infrastructure, and infrastructure earns its value through what it delivers to students, faculty and staff.

Through four specialised sections, we provide integrated technology services, develop the University's systems, protect its data and information assets, and apply artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to teaching and learning, in line with the Kingdom of Bahrain's digital transformation.

We welcome your feedback and suggestions; they help us keep improving our services.
