After setting up your email password, a confidential SMS will be sent to your mobile number (the one you used during university application). Please keep this information PRIVATE, you will need your academic number and password later to access all UoB IT resources . Your E-mail account will be automatically activated by the IT team.
All students are provided with a university email account, which can be accessed using their University ID and password.
The email address format is StudentID@stu.uob.edu.bh, and all official communication will be sent only through your university email. You can use your email to:
- Access office 365 and Email, by login to: www.microsoft.com for free using your university email, and get advantage of the FREE Microsoft office suite, cloud storage with OneDrive and collaboration tools.
Download the university app UOB APP for your class attendance* and to get your digital ID, view your transcripts and course schedule.

You can access your academic records, register your courses, check grades and GPA, and view study plans.

Blackboard system is the official Learning Management System (LMS) adopted at UoB.

To reset your password and secure your account access, log in to the University of Bahrain BOT portal at bot.uob.edu.bh

Microsoft Authenticator: Activate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app to add an extra layer of protection to your UOB account.
